We are delighted to let you know that we will be starting a New Live Class on Thursdays at 9.30 am with Karen from 8th Sept 2022. It’s great to see so many familiar faces returning to the Studio and also exciting to see New Members signing up too. Many of you are really making the most of your plans by fitting in Zoom sessions when attending the Live classes is difficult with school holidays / hot weather !!
I’m sure Zoom is here to stay now so please do spread the word and share your Pilates experience with friends and family all over the country.
We are really enjoying using equipment again in the studio. Thorough and regular cleaning / good ventilation and spacing makes us confident that we can continue to provide a safe environment for you to exercise in.
I hope you are enjoying the last few weeks of the holidays and starting to make plans for the autumn term . Pilates is great for Improving Balance and Strength of both Mind and Body . It is great as a stand alone practice or works well to maintain muscle balance if you run / swim/ cycle regularly. Please do get in touch to secure your place in the New Thursday Morning Class.
