It was great to have Karen teaching her first Live and On Line classes this week.
I just wanted to remind you all that the safety measures we have in place at the studio will continue for the moment as covid numbers in our area remain high. We ask all clients to continue to wear a mask when entering and leaving the studio and to use hand sanitizer as you enter the building. We will continue to check temperature and remain on our mats. The room is well ventilated with the windows open as needed.
If you are beginning to think about returning to the Live classes at the studio please do get in touch and we can arrange a free trial session for you to have before signing up to a monthly plan.
The post natal class is now running Live and on Zoom so if you know any new mums anywhere in the country who would like to give Pilates a try please do share our contact details.
