The Christmas timetable is now on the Zoom diary. All Platinum and Platinum Plus Clients are welcome to join the classes on Monday 21st and Wednesday 23rd December and Tuesday 29 th December so no excuse to miss a session just because Christmas lands on a Friday !! It would be lovely to see as many as possible of you over the festive season.
I can’t believe Christmas is just two weeks away. I hope you are all finding some pleasure in preparing for whatever you have planned this year. In case you are struggling for ideas for gifts do have a look in our shop on the website. You will find a Gift Voucher for an Online assessment on Zoom and four Pilates classes on Zoom for just £45. I think Zoom will be with us for quite a while in 2021 so if you know someone who doesn’t live in Durham and would like to learn about Pilates do think about giving them a Voucher or just the link to the website !!
Lateral Flow testing has become part of my routine over the past week. All staff with face to face contact in the Physio department have been given the option to self test twice each week . It’s another step on our covid journey and hopefully will help find asymptomatic covid positive staff. As we continue to roll with the blows of losing staff to self isolation we continue to accept referrals and meet the challenge of telephone consultations !! Next week sees our Christmas quiz on Teams and Christmas Bauble competition…… I need to get creative this weekend any ideas warmly accepted!!
As we look forwards to the New Year I’m delighted to announce that Shirley plans to start a Pregnancy Pilates Class on Zoom on Thursday January 7th…..time to be confirmed most likely early evening. If you know any pregnant ladies please do share the link to the website as I think Zoom will work really well for this group as getting to class was always difficult for them fitting it in around work , family and fatigue. Being able to exercise in the comfort of your own home is a real bonus for this group.
