Spaces available in All Zoom Classes

Spaces are available in our Ante-Natal Pilates Class


If you are pregnant or know anyone who is please do tell them about our Ante-Natal Pilates class run via zoom on Thursday evenings at 6.15. As it's via zoom you can attend from anywhere in the World. We can offer the individual assessment that is necessary before attending virtually as well.


I open up the class 15 minutes early as it's clear that those attending really appreciate having a chat before hand. They have talked about how different it is being pregnant during lockdown. Few friends or relatives have seen their bump grow and baby showers are virtual. Browsing for newborn clothes and prams just isn't the same as shops are closed.


It's also a great time for me to share any tips needed to help with sleep positions or joint pain. I have been really in awe of how everyone is coping and sharing their stories and being supportive to each other. I'm also available by email for any more private issues that come along.


The class is 45 minutes of Pilates exercises appropriate for pregnancy, aiming to be safe but also effective in targeting the core and pelvic floor. It finishes with relaxation which seems to be really enjoyed.

We are keeping the class small but do currently have some spaces so please do get in touch if you are interested.

I'd like to say a big thank you to all in my classes for sharing their feedback and I'm wishing them well on this journey together. As lockdown eases we will see how classes will continue but we may well run both a zoom and face to face depending on numbers and what is best for those attending.
