Message from Moya
To all my clients at Pilates by Physiotherapy ,
Just wanted to let you know that I am not returning to teaching classes.
My husband is retiring and so we hope ( covid allowing ) to be off on many travels.
I will really miss seeing you all and had hoped to get back but time has moved on . Can't believe its been over a year !
Thank you for attending my classes, I have loved teaching you all, seeing the amazing progress you have made. I’m also very grateful for all the positive feedback you have given me. It’s been a pleasure!
I hope you have kept going with the videos and Zoom.
Keep up the good work.
Pilates really is good for you; both your body and your mind.
Also a really big thank you to Anne for giving me the amazing opportunity to teach Pilates she has been an inspiration and a great employer
Take care
Moya x
We are pleased to welcome a new member to our team.
I have been working with Josie at UHND since the beginning of the year and I’m sure we will all enjoy working with her. She is an APPI trained Physiotherapist who was teaching Pilates in Newcastle before the pandemic and she can't wait to start teaching live classes again at the studio.
LIVE CLASSES STARTING 17TH MAY 2021
We are putting together a timetable and questionnaire which I will send out In a newsletter soon. Please do complete the questionnaire and let me know your thoughts about returning to live classes / continuing with On Demand and Zoom. I am feeling excited about how our business will look over the coming months as we build new routines. We plan to start live classes from 17th May and will continue Zoom classes and On Demand to fit with our changing lifestyles.
Take Care
Anne
Hope you enjoy your travels with your husband Moya and hopefully we'll get to meet for a coffee with the rest of our Tuesday group sometime soon. Take care and yes can't believe it's been a year either! And welcome to Josie too!
Welcome Josie!
I wasn't a "regular" but thoroughly enjoyed a number of classes I did with you.
You were always calm; the Pilates was challenging and you were "hands on" when my position was wrong.... and the relaxation at the end was second to none - I still think about my face "melting into the mat" !
Whatever you get up to, I wish you and yours all the very best for the future.

Welcome Josie. Moya's left big shoes to fill but I'm sure you're more than up to the challenge 🤗
Good luck Moya. Can't blame you wanting to get out and about and see the world but you're going to be missed at Pilates
