Message from Moya

Hi Everyone,  I hope you are all keeping well. First of all I would like to say a big thank you to all my colleagues and clients who are working in the NHS or social care, or any of you who are in the front line, working to keep us fed and safe . I hope you are being properly looked after by being given the correct equipment and funding. I have to admit I am a novice when it comes to social media and in fact had to ask" what is a blog?" So just to let you know what I've been getting up to, here goes:  On Facebook I spotted a suggestion to put notes in a jar about anything  you think "I wish I could" so I've started a jar and of course one of my notes says " I wish I could be teaching my Pilates face to face. Ive also decided that I would make a note of the things I appreciate or enjoy about staying in. The suggestion is to revisit the ideas when this is all over.  Maybe some of you would share with us what you would put in a jar.  I am currently reading Barbara Kingsolvers   "Unsheltered " which I am really enjoying. It is of our time, an easy read but with lots to reflect on. I'm sure some of you will have already read it.  Of course I am practising Pilates, it helps keep me sane as well as fit! I am also trying to plan new exercises to surprise you with in the future take a look at this video .I wonder which class will be the best at this formation movement!! Best wishes  Moya
