The long awaited relaxation of Covid 19 restrictions has now arrived. Safety of our clients and staff is a top priority. To help everyone feel safe we will be taking a cautious approach and maintaining some precautions.
We will continue to limit the number of clients in the studio, we will monitor the carbon dioxide level so that the amount of ventilation needed can be altered as the weather cools and we will wipe all equipment after each class. We will wear a mask when welcoming you into the studio and continue to wear one when we are moving around the room to give personal feedback.
We ask you to support us at this time and play your part by bringing your own mat and towel, waiting outside until the physio invites you in to start your class and wear a mask unless you are on your mat . Hand sanitiser will continue to be provided at the entrance.
The past 18 months has been unlike anything any of us have experienced before and what has made the challenges easier to bear has been the goodwill and support shown by everyone. Josie, Rachael and I are really enjoying being back in the studio. Sharing the benefits of Pilates with so many of you and enjoying the camaraderie of being together is bringing a smile to all our faces. (Groans were heard this week when we got the D rolls out !) We thank you for your support in coming back live and as we navigate the next steps of this journey we hope for your continued support being mindful that while some people are making confident steps forwards others feel the need for cautious small steps.
I never imagined we would be running Live and On line classes over such an extended time. We will continue to do our best to accommodate all of you and adjustments to the timetables can be reviewed and changed as required. Please keep a close eye on the website to keep up to date with changes.
When I left the NHS in April one of the first promises I made to myself was to plant some cut flower seeds.....something I have talked about doing for years but seemed never to happen. My first attempt has been fairly successful as you can see from the picture below.
I hope you all have a good bank holiday weekend and we see some sunshine !!
Take Care
Anne
