We are excited and proud to let you know that next week Pilates by Physiotherapy will be ten years old. To celebrate we would like to invite you to join us for a meal at Jay’s Indian Restaurant on Thursday 29th September at 7.00 pm.
It would be lovely to spend some ‘not on your mat’ time with you all. A small number of you have been coming to Pilates for the full ten years and several of you having been coming for over 9 years so whether you are a new or longstanding client do come along and share this happy occasion.

It’s a long time ( Christmas 2019) since we got together and enjoyed a social occasion so I hope many of you will enjoy the opportunity to have a get together again.
