I am delighted to introduce Anna, who is joining us on Monday to take over teaching the Monday evening live classes at 5.45 pm and 7.00 pm. Anna is an experienced Physiotherapist who has worked with Rachel at UHND so I was delighted when she got in touch to find out more about what we are doing at the studio. It was perfect timing as Josie had just decided to leave.
Please can everyone remember to book their classes well in advance as then we can offer spare spaces to clients looking for swaps !!
