Thank you to everyone who completed our Feedback survey. Your feedback has been very positive and will help us develop Pilates By Physiotherapy over the coming months.
We’re excited to let you know that Anna will be teaching the Friday morning classes from Friday 16th Oct and will be offering Physiotherapy Appointments on a Friday afternoon for clients with Neurological conditions. I’m delighted that we can now provide these specialised services which are often not as accessible in private practice.

I am a dedicated Neurophysiotherapist providing personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation for people living with neurological conditions. My approach is centred around you—your goals, your needs, and the activities that are important to your everyday life. Whether you are recovering from a stroke, living with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, a brain or spinal cord injury, or another neurological condition, I can support you to improve your movement, balance, strength, coordination, mobility and independence. With compassionate, individualised care and practical rehabilitation strategies, I will work with you to maximise your potential, build confidence and achieve meaningful, lasting progress.
