One Week to Go ! Lets keep Moving and Supporting Point North !

There is just one week to go in our Point North 38.7 miles in July challenge. Thank you to all those of you who are participating in our Pilates By Physiotherapy Fundraising team and to those who have made very generous donations.
The mileage totals are looking amazing, lets keep going to reach 2,000 miles between us, every mile counts so please keep going!
Here's a glimpse at what we've been up to so far....I hope there is more to come in this last week !
Our Totals So Far
Running Group lead by Anna 336.8 miles so far
Walking Group lead by Beth 645.41 miles so far
Cycling 77.4 miles so far
Monday 11.00 am Pilates class walking 309. 5 miles so far
Anne 108.41 miles walking / running / cycling and trying to keep up with social media !
Rachel Burr is aiming for 387 miles, 319 miles run , walked and cycled so far

As a group we have raised over £2,500 so far …no pressure for the bike ride on Sunday Please follow the link below to make a donation if you haven't done so already.

We hope to celebrate the success of all our efforts and make a last push for miles with a walk and café stop at Rainton Meadows Nature reserve on Thursday 31st July at 1.30 pm, please do join us if you have time. It has been really nice to spend time off the mat with so many of you. The topics of conversation are varied and funny. It’s amazing how much more we have in common than simply Pilates!
I hope to see Pilates By Physiotherapy fundraisers at Durham Park run on Saturday morning, then off to Shincliffe Garden centre at 10.00 am for a walk with the Monday 11.00 am class and anyone else who would like to join us, just get in touch. Sunday morning sees 5 of us head from Bearpark towards Waskerley for our 38.7 mile Bike ride. I hope the rain stays away.
Thanks again for all your efforts, Pilates is keeping me stretched with all this aerobic exercise. The need to keep the body and mind aligned is greater than ever !
