Thankyou to everyone who has continued to attend PilatesbyPhysiotherapy this year both Live in the Studio and On line. Don't forget if you fancy a quiet moment on your mat over the festive period you have over 120 videos to chose from , including Moya's Relaxation video in its own section.
There are still a few spaces left in the classes on Saturday 30th December so do book yourself in if you would like to end the year with some exercise !
