Pilates by Physiotherapy launches its second Work Out at Work day

Pilates by Physiotherapy will be running free WOW classes  TBA

So If you are interested or have colleagues at work who would like to try out Pilates for the first time why not get together and come along to The studio for your free session.

What is Workout at Work Day?

 

First launched in 2011 and now supported by Aviva, this will be the fifth year the CSP has run Workout at Work Day (W@WD) and we will once again be working with the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE) and also this year with the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercise Medicine (ACPSEM) to promote the day. W@WD 2015 is a great opportunity to promote the role that physiotherapy can play in improving workplace wellbeing by highlighting to employers and their staff the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and regular physical activity.

Work Out At Work Pilates sessions

session 1

Before work

7.45- 8.30 am

Come along before work with your work mates and get a great start to the day (10 places so book as soon as possible)

 

Session 2

Morning break

10.45- 11.25am

Instead of a coffee why not come along and have a short relaxing introduction to pilates to set you up for the day,

 (10 places so book as soon as possible)

 

Session 3

 Early Lunch time

12.00- 12.30pm

Why not come along and use your lunch time to find out how pilates can benifit  you at work.

session 4

Late lunch time

12.45- 1.15pm

Why not come along and use your lunch time to find out how pilates can benifit  you at work.

 (10 places so book as soon as possible)

 

session 5

After work

5.45-6.15pm

Set yourself up for a great week end and learn how to set your core and learn to relax

 (10 places so book as soon as possible)

Before you come to the free session make sure you fill in the health questionnaire and print it out. Then bring it with you on the day.
