This is a Pilates class with a Physiotherapist instructor. I am aware that during classes that are presented from the studio live on Zoom, Clients may be seen on a monitor by others attending the class live at the studio. No classes are recorded or saved.
Cancellation Policy
Please try and be responsible with your bookings for classes. These are likely to be popular. If you believe you will not be able to attend the class please go online and cancel your booking as soon as you can. For STUDIO LIVE CLASSES, If you would like to swap your class for another class you do not normally attend add yourself to the waiting list on the calendar. you will be informed 12 hours before the class if you have a space. FOR ZOOM CLASSES, you can cancel and reschedule classes at any time.
